Sounds like an unreasonable "request" to ask this mother to wean.  Why  this
stuff being given?  In the CPS (Canadian PDR), the indications include
*only* treatment of addison's disease, and adrenogential syndrome.  The
mother almost certainly doesn't have the latter, and maybe not the first
either.

But this is essentially a steroid, a powerful one that has a greater effect
on electrolytes than others, but essentially not different from prednisone
or other steroid.  Incidentally, unlike for many other drugs where the CPS
says that the drug "should not be used by nursing mothers", about this one
it says the benefits and risks should be weighed.  For the CPS this is a
ringing endorsement of continuing breastfeeding.
