A client had a normal vaginal delivery with epidural one week ago. Baby showed no interest in the breast for the first couple of days and then only latched on weakly for a few sucks at a time. Over the rest of the week, baby rooted actively toward the breast but would not latch.  Turns out baby was tongue tied  Baby was clipped today.  Mom has plenty of milk and has been pumping but baby still will not latch on. Other than skin-to-skin, any suggestions?
