Fortifying human milk with human milk: See attached article which I obtained from Dr. Kathleen Marinelli (U of Connecticut) following her presentation on iLactation on-line conference. For my own friend's baby who was at the local NICU! Dr. Marinelli's ward ended up purchasing their own spinner/separator to spin down the milk and remove the fat layer for use, when separation had to be absolute. One could also simply skim off the fat layer of settled milk?
