Hi All,

I just saw a news report that stated that approx. 30% of medication on the
international market is counterfeit. Of course they listed internet sites
that charge low prices and ask for no prescriptions are to be suspect. My
question:

Domperidone is expensive and hard to come by here in the USA - at least in
my area. It has been common to state that some folks use the internet site
(recommended by one of our esteemed Dr's) to acquire domperidone if they
cannot get a prescription or cannot afford the price here (typically $70+
for a one month supply).

What do we do with our recommendations given the counterfeit aspect? Do we
stop suggesting that folks use the internet to find the mediation that
actually helps them?

Inquiring minds.
