Lactnetters,
    Continuing the thread about the length of time to breastfeeding one
child.  If any of you have the NewYorkTimes...this last Sunday, there is an
article "Breast-feeding:How Old Is Too Old?" by Tamar Lewin.  It's a great
commentary on how this western society is so mixed up about our sexuality.
That our breasts are sexual objects and also food
sources, and that they play a nurturing role in caring for our young.  We,in
the western world, really do a job of mixing up our twisted left over
Victorian thoughts and the real intention of loving, nurturing and
nourishing our children.
