How ridiculous!  Following this "logic" they should also combine any policies dealing with normal urination with catheter policies and normal bowel movement policies with colostomy policies!
No, I am NOT comparing breastfeeding with other bodily excretions, and therefore would hesitate to use this analogy with those who might make that connection.
