I wonder if anyone would be kind enough to email me with where to find a couple
of references that I remember hearing about but don't have.

1.  The case report of a retained placental fragment causing copious
oversecretion of milk.

2.  The new recommendation on fluoride for babies (from the AAP and the ADA, I
think).

Thank you very much.  I think it must be one of Murphy's laws that whatever
reference I don't keep is what I will soon need!
