Amy has asked about the new perinatal regulations in Massachusetts and what  
is happening with them. They are currently awaiting approval by the Secretary 
of  State's office. As you can imagine there are a number of controversial 
items in  these regulations, in addition to those related to improving lactation 
care and  services. No one said this would be easy!
