Nursing babies
>should be tolerated. Pumping rooms should be available.

I have been very unhappy with the lack of pumping spaces available while
attending lactation conferences or even taking my IBCLE. When setting up
conferences we should make sure that there is a comfortable space with
electric plug and sink for lactating women who need to pump while attending.
I have been really unhappy when I had to take my pump to pump in my van in
95 degree heat in the summer do to lack of appropriate space provided.
Whether we have our lactation hat on or not, we all need to be sensitive to
this issue when teaching classes for people who may be lactating.
