That publication has credibility issues, as stated by NYAS itself.

We can continue this discussion off list.

As for the influence of  the Chernobyl consequences on PROBIT, it could
influence outcome if the mothers are in some way frightened into not
breastfeeding. There is no issue of babies being exposed to any radiation
via milk, because there are no radioisotopes to be incorporated (they have
long decayed). Therefore, I consider that the only effect the Chernobyl
accident could have on PROBIT is fear of breastfeeding.
