On a side thread from Kika's message, is the lactation world discussing
antimicrobial resistance? WHO is drafting its AMR Action Plan, and they will
present this at the WHA meeting in May 2015. Individual countries are also
encouraged to develop their own, which many are doing.

Hence, a great idea to know exactly the cause of the breast pain, and to
consider alternatives when shown to be due to bacterial infection. Need to
avoid culturing superbugs!
