commitment to human rights, the US has  been reluctant to endorse and
implement international initiatives to support breastfeeding mothers and
infants) ( page 529 )

Thirdly is an editorial: Team Up and Write It Up
Here is the new message: you don't need to write alone. find an academic
nurse to be your co-author.  This could be the start of a beautiful
friendship Margaret Kearney (page 461 )

I applaud these  professionals for their insights, research and academic
rigor .  Getting things written approved and published and into the hands of
those who can benefit and use in clinical settings is not easy . thanks for
all effort.
