In days long gone by, 60'-70's, we were more concerned with under supply. Babies didn't get to breastfeed early and often, but so much has changed since those days. I think this is why we see more abundant supplies generally, and why gerd has become such a problem that every other baby is on tummy drops of some kind or other. I think it is better, of course, to adjust the supply, use laid back positioning and forget the meds. (They seem to be added so casually instead of finding out the 'why' of Gerd. ) Pat in SNJ
