I have a client who desires to use fenugreek. She states she has found 2
different brands whose prices vary considerably. One is 500 mg capsules, one
is 610 mg capsules. She states the directions on the bottles are very
different as well. (One brand she looked at yesterday stated not to be used
if pregnant or lactating.) Anyone have an opinion on milligram dosages in an
effort to make this client feel more comfortable?  Pat G.?
