This has nothing to do with the question you asked about suggestions for
a bra, but have these nipples been documented by photography? Since they
are so rare, I think it would have educational value to get permission to
do so, especially if
accompanied by a short 'case study' type history. I remember seeing a
mother in the hospital over 30 years ago with extremely long nipples, and
I remember they made her newborn gag. I have always wondered how
it all worked out. I had little or nothing to go by in teaching her, and
of course, this was decades before off center latch, etc. Who knows if
that even works with such moms? Do others see many such mothers or is
this as rare as I have found it to be?
