Thanks, Ingrid!  The ratio is indeed 40 IU:1 microgram. I managed to mix up left and right sides of the equation.  That loud smacking sound is me hitting my forehead, though it may have been drowned out by the loud groan accompanying it.



Now, can anyone find the reference for the relationship between dietary intake and vitamin D concentration in breastmilk?
