Subject: colostrum for mouth care

Are any of you using colostrum for mouter care in the NICU for your
vented
babies? I've done a lit search however I'm having no luck. I know that
Rush in
Chicago is using it for mouthcare hwever have gotten no response from
them.
I just think that this would be so much better than steril water on a
swab.Why
not colostrum from their mother.
I need some evidence based info to provide to the NICU council. Thanks
ahead
of time.
Just glad today if Friday!!!!!!
