this is exactly the reason that La Leche League *does NOT* recommend HCPs.
gets a big sticky when someone needs an LC and all one happens to know is
negative stories about them.

also, i have spoken to mothers who "only" nurse four or five times a day and
don't lose their milk supply. this is the sort of pitch you make to someone
who adamantly refuses to pump while working (or can't), that they can nurse
around the work schedule. the idea being to get them to continue nursing at
least part time. i personally think it is better to make a case that the baby
cannot adequately gain weight on a mere four feedings a day.
