I agree with Heather, about so much intervention so early on.

Sounds like baby has torticollis and there is a simple exercise that parents 
can do at home, 3-4 times a day that will help resolve that.

I'm assuming someone knowledgeable  has checked his mouth and ruled out TT.

Oversupply sounds more likely than other things.  How fast is he gaining. 
Babies of moms with over supply usually gain fast, plus have stomach 
distress.

Laid back nursing , tub bathing with baby, skin to skin as much as possible 
all may be helpful.

I'd go back to a normal diet, without some of the obvious allergens.
