Dear Friends:
Registration is easy and free at this website, www.silencekills.com
It is all about medical professionals and communication. In view of the
proposed SoP put forth by IBLCE, perhaps we can learn something from this
survey.
Broken rules, lack of support, incompetance, poor teamwork,
micromanagement, disrespect and mistakes are 7 categories where healthcare professionals
lack dialogue skills. Those certainly apply to lactation work!!
    What do you all think?
    warmly,

Nikki Lee RN, MS, Mother of 2, IBCLC, CCE,CIMI
Adjunct Faculty, Union Institute and University, Lactation Program
Film Reviews Editor, Journal of Human Lactation
