I have a mom with thrush (sharp shooting pains radiating into her back).
She was calling to find the gentian violet & the phamacist said all he
had was gentian violet in alcohol & he wouldn't recommend it for a 10 day
old baby.  She can't find anyone who carries the aqueous form.  Will the
alcohol based GV really be a problem?
