Teresa asks,
"I'm wondering what is the best way for mothers who are block feeding due to oversupply to integrate a gradual pumping schedule as they prepare to return to work? When to pump? How often? Pump both breasts or just the one being used during that block?"

I currently have a mom who is pumping at work while block feeding. What we found to work best for her, was to have her stay on her block schedule with pumping. She pumps only one breast at a time depending on what time block she is in when it's time for her to pump. She has an incredibly abundant supply, and this works well for her.
