I presume you mean with added nucleotides.

There is no evidence that added nucleotides does anything at all for the
baby's immunity.  Perhaps under stress, such as surgery, there may be
some boost in the immunity.  The studies I have seen were published in a
journal where the editor added:  the nature of these studies is such
that these articles are considered advertising.

The fact that health professionals believe the formula rep on this, and
don't believe some of the well done studies on breastfeeding and the
risks of formula feeding speaks volumes.

By the way, in Ontario, the court has ruled that Ross' advertising is
misleading and has banned their campaign which suggests that it boosts
immunity and is closer to breastmilk.
