This is a new one!!  Found this on Drudge - I imagine the stand up comedians
will have a field day with this incident.  However, as any PR agent will
tell you, there's no such thing as bad publicity, and even felony charges
involving breastfeeding are important!

(Though I'm genuinely concerned that a nursing mother was this drunk, and
what that means for the children under her care.)
