Just wanted to clarify that Cal. bill passed the first step - it didn't
pass meaning it is law yet. Got thru the first hurdle.

And Delaware - same thing. It passed the House. Still has to go through the
Senate.

Legal mumbo jumbo - but it is important to know when a bill is law, and when
it is pending - bills have to pass through many hoops before they become a law.
