Thanks for the information on zinc deficiency.  This 2 year old is not being fed foods rich in nutrients.  At two, his main source of nutrition is still breastmilk.  Mother has very different ideas on appropriate foods and baby eats a small serving of beans and maybe some carrots or fruit for the day.
