Coach Smith here again with some sports history trivia.

The marathon run evolved from a soldier's run of 26+ miles to carry news of a victory. He then turned around and immediately ran 26+ miles back. Then collapsed and DIED. 

Once again, it is highly unlikely that a mom's having milk in her breasts had anything to do with her collapse. The  biggest risk of running while lactating would be "bouncing."
