The archives have - as you suspect,  Maggie - loads of stuff on this. I
think you'll find the consensus is that smoking and bf is likely to be far
better for the baby (and the mother) than ABM feeding...though smoking may
have effects on the milk supply, and nicotine does reach the milk.
