Dear Rob, I totally agree that they are a dyad and need to be cared for as
such.  I think this is another separation issue/facet.  Besides it makes me
so mad when someone else gives her an antibiotic and says don't nurse and I
don't find out right a way and BF gets screwed up..........it's my
patient's diet the other HCP is tinkering with, so what's the difference?
