Just got my Simplesse in the mail. Tested it. Took it apart. Put it together again. The suction pressures go up to 125 mmhg on my tester, no more. Not the average of 160 mmhg that research shows babies exert to keep milk flowing out of the breast. The nipple opening is very small and squeezes. Will not fit anyone with larger nipples at all. It is uncomfortable squeezing the handle - can you say "carpal tunnel syndrome"? Never mind the messages - the product is not all that great. I love lc's, I are one! But products need engineers to develop them who have an understanding of physiology, mechanics, physics and moms!

Blacktating has an on-going series now on Simplesse and the very suspicious information concerning corporate affiliation: http://www.blacktating.com/2010/04/simplisse-update-are-simplisse-handi.html
