In my writing, I try to use the cumbersome phrase "comparatively empty
breast"---as compared to a FULL breast.  I have had readers object to the
phrase "empty breast" so I'm trying to be sensitive.  I subscribe to the
school of thought that precise thinking is reflected in precise writing.
