A while back, Michelle Kinne had posted regarding the outdated charts that WIC is using for growth standards. I didn't see any responses in the archives. We are looking at this issue right now in our clinic. I am guessing the opportunity to change charts might be on a state basis. Are any states using the correct WHO growth charts? The CDC's website states pretty clearly that the WHO charts are better researched, more accurate, and based on optimal nutrition therefore optimal growth.

Thanks for any information.

"Wont you chime in and let us know? Does your WIC agency use the current WHO growth charts?"
