Diane,
I agree 100% with Linda Stewart.  Think of who loses out if you don't present
your information.  If you are honest, open, and sincere, people will get the
message.  Just informing the audience of WHY there is a conflict of interest
will speak volumes.
I say "Speak up" (nicely, of course).
