I am sure you have asked this question, but is the mother on fluoxetine or anything similiar?

The last case I saw of abnormal green stools, fluoxetine was the culprit. We were all thinking allergies (as other children had been sensitive to different foods), and mum was on a very restrictive diet (and losing weight herself), to no avail. Mum was on high doses for an eating disorder and was unaware some babies may react this way.
