She has been told to plan to start baby on alimentum
*when* breastfeeding isn't enough

education, start doctor on, when his "knowledge" isn't enough. if this mother
is in the continental united states or in canada, she needs to talk to a milk
bank right away about getting set up for donor milk to be used with these
babies, she is a classic example of the person who needs to be using it
"when" her supply is not enough. maybe it will be!
