I do not believe that there are very many activities whre a single answer
would apply to everyone. Certainly this is true for the likelihood of
subseuqent breastfeeding following breast implant surgery.

Many women have done so with minimal problems; others have had difficulty
and most people fall somewhere in between the extremes of NO PROBLEMS AT
ALL to TOTAL FAILURE TO MAKE MILK, etc.

Many questions remain to abe asked, such as nature of surgery, when it was
done, wehther nipple was removed or moved to make it centered on new breast
shape, etc.

See section in Riordan and Auerbach for a cogent summary of the issues (I
think it is in the Maternal Health chapter).

Def. of LC service: "We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."
