Hi,
Unable to access archives at the moment, computer acting up.
Since JCAHO is putting so much emphasis on "pain assessment" how is any one
addressing this subject in their hospital or practice?  Are the floor nurses
addressing overall pain or are they breaking it down into nipple, breast,
abdomen, etc.  Are you charting a pain assessment with each breastfeeding
you observe?  Any info would be helpful.
