Your post hit home. So many of my days at the hospital are just as you described. It can be overwhelming because you know you are trying to meet everyone's needs and it cannot be done. We all do the best we can and prioritize. Those who cannot be seen 1 to 1 are asked to definitely make it to class so that we can see them there, maybe get to observe a feeding during class and answer questions.  It is a very busy day!
