Vegan diets are very, very healthy and vegetarian diets are almost as healthy. Both require attention to nutrients which is far better than the usual complete inattention to a childıs or BF momıs diet. A BF mom needs neither meat nor dairy and most of us already know that a pretty large number of babies do better when their moms stop eating all dairy.
