Winnie,

My son was in the hospital with a very rare complication following surgery,
but long story short, we had to test my milk over and over for fat content,
protien, all electrolytes and minerals...you name it. But we found the
hospital labs were not capable of analyzing the milk accurately, so we had
to go to a dairy farm, call around, and see where they had their milk
analyzed. The one we used here in CT was called Northeast Labs, and the
director was wonderful. He said they test human milk all time. (For what,
I don't know). His name is Alan Johnson and his phone # is 860-829-9787
in CT. (I hope you are in the US) He could at least tell you where you can
go that is close to you. It wasn't that expensive...depends on the test.
Let me know if I can help further,

trish
