I found the instructions by accident when someone posted a link to the FDA that discussed formula as a food, not a drug.
I just KNOW that years ago I saw formula listed on teh FDA site in the drug category but not so any more.
So I explored from that recently posted link and stumbled upon the formula preparation instructions.
