Permission to Post, I am working with a Mother with Primary Infertility, clomid conceived Twins 31 weeks in the NICU, she is 2 weeks out, using Symphony pump Q 3 hours, I recently taught her Jane Morton's Hands on Pumping, and she is only able to obtain 13 ML per session. Minimal Breast Changes with pregnancy, average size Breasts, normal size  space between breasts. No other risk factors for Lactogenesis impairment other than infertility and minimal Breast Changes. She just ordered Milk Maker cookies and I told her about Goat's Rue, does anyone have experience with Goat's Rue? TIA Lisa Mooney MSN CNM IBCLC.
