In Massachusetts, Blue Cross pays for the rental of an electric pump for
an infant less than 32 weeks gestation.  The pump has to come from a Blue
Cross DME.  They will deliver to the home and also provide teaching.
That is the only information I have.  It is amazing how they make this
cut off point.
