Yes, there are a few pediatricians who have figured this out and I think lots
more will over the next few years.  When I said "in office" I think I
misspoke because I meant to imply full time with a private medical practice
as opposed to free lance.  Free lance jobs are great but the unpredictable
nature of reimbursement is not so great.  Being allied to a doc or a group of
docs stabilizes income.
