I am behind reading Lactnet, so this comes a bit late, but I think it is pertinent.
Somebody mentioned Nurseez products and wondered about their orientation because of the artificial nipple in their Baby Gift Cake. Apparently, the company replied that the actual bottle wasn't visible.....
....so I checked out the site, and found the *recipe* for that cake:
http://nurseez.com/pink_baby_gift_cake.html

The following is the "Special Recipe" made with Love....

*15 Brand name diapers (approx.15)
*One Cloth baby rattle
*One baby scissors
*One baby nail clippers
*One baby nail file
*One baby comb
*One baby hair brush (comb and hair brush is matching)
*One pacifier
*One pair of baby socks
*One baby bottle
*One soft squeeze bath toy
*One cloth baby bib
**Decorated with ribbon.

'Nuff said!
