I've seen homebirth and fresstanding birth center moms have difficulty
breastfeeding, and even wean early, though the majority walk on burning
coals if neccessary to bf.  And about half of my informal sample do
vaccinate.  Perhaps that's because we tend to "feel" an increased
personal risk of infectious disease in a major metropolitan area than
people might in more rural settings.
