A mother of a 2 week old has asked me about fennel seed as a galactogogue.
One of her friends told her about it. I have searched the archives, and saw
general references to fennel, but no indication of how much to recommend. I
am familiar with fenugreek and blessed thistle. Does anyone have any info on
fennel's efficacy, dosage, side effects (if any)?
