Please help! I have a mother who ruptured her uterus while in labor. She had to have a hysterectomy and she wants to breast breast. Her baby, 34weeks gest. age spent a week in NICU, so she pumped all this time. He is now 12 days and mom says her milk supply is dwindling. Does hysterectomy has anything to do with that? could not find answers. Thanks
