Since 'The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down' by Anne Fadiman has been
mentioned and even quoted several times in the last week or so, I feel the
need to brag on Lactnet's behalf.
One of the book's editors is Elisheva Urbas, currently no mail but a
Lactnetter nonetheless.
I'd never read the book before a couple of weeks ago myself, when I did so
on Elisheva's recommendation. My copy has already been sent to a friend in
Greenland, but I know I will be ordering it again.  It is truly a beautiful
and enlightening book.
