~~I used to work for WW, I lost 50 pounds before children, became an employee.
Got preg with #1. Gained 50 pounds. Lost it with WW after. Got preg with #2.
Gained 50 pounds. Lost 50 pounds. Got preg with the twins. Gained 60 pounds.
Lost OVER that amount. Losing that weight while nursing twins was just so easy
it was ridiculous. I didn't even try. I~~
lucky, lucky mama! i gained 100 w/ 1st pgc (went from 128 to 228, no lie!),
lost about 45, then got pg again and gained about 30...lost about 35, then
while nursing 2 could not lose a pound until i really really exerted myself and
made superhuman efforts. then i lost about 20 more, discovered WW and lost 12
lbs and came to a dead standstill. i stuck to the plan w/ no success and was
just about to give up when the boys drifted into a very gradual weaning pattern
and the pounds just started melting off. now i have lost all of the weight
except the last 20 lbs and darn if i don't think i am 8 days pg today! i am 100%
convinced nursing kept the weight on me, nothing can convince me otherwise.(not
even mention of all those pints of ben and jerry's chunky monkey ice cream i
ate 'to help me make more milk!' ;-) this time i plan to try and not gain too
much to begin with (going to try the brewer's diet to prevent preeclampsia
again and keep a reasonable points range in mind simultaneously! but truly,
before they began to wean, i never had a week where i lost more than 2 lbs and
lately i've been dropping 5 and 6 w/ the exact same points range!
